This is the second time that Kai's got a skin infection. The first time he got it was when he was a month old or so. Tiny bumps started appearing on his hands and legs, and we have to administer antibiotic for him again (using the stringe). He absolutely hates the feeling of having medication squirted in his mouth. We can't do much to comfort him during this process; just try to talk him through it.
