Mommy please, I really need a haircut

Making faces

Brought him to the office, and Swensen's for lunch with the girls. He made faces, and Chien Way taught him how to shake his head. He copied her!
I'm quite tired from all the travelling today:
1. Sent him to mom-in-law's in the morning
2. Drove to office thereafter
3. Drove to pick him up at mom-in-law's (about 1050hrs)
4. Drove back to the office thereafter
5. Drove him back to mom-in-law's (about 1425hrs)
6. Locked up office, drove off to Bukit Batok Ave 4 to buy curry fish head dinner
7. Drove home to have dinner
I think the outing was well worth it though. Chien Way and Joy really wanted to see him again.

Seriously, I can't help it if someone did a bad copy writing job on my bib!

My biggest blessings

It's been a tough three weeks.

I was getting worn down by the house hunting, real estate agents, viewings, peak hour traffic, deadlines, car problems, cat's puke, and fighting with the irritating photocopier sales person. I hardly have time to see Kai in the evening and over the weekend because of all the viewings packed back-to-back. And there's always a problem to deal with. They keep multiplying like cockroaches, and no matter how hard you whack them, they keep coming back.
But after reading Corinne's blog on Daniel Pearl, and listening to Phil Collins' "Another day in paradise" on the radio, I should count myself lucky though things have not been great lately. A loving husband, adorable son, supportive family, wonderful friends, and a company that's growing.
Things don't seem all that bad now.
Housing update: Yes, we're moving back to the East to be nearer to Terence's mom. There's a chance our hunt will be over by this Friday. But with my shitty luck, something's bound to happen.

Funny faces

Kai has been making lots of faces. This is one of them. (Yeah, I know, bad lighting...)

Matching shoes

Kai loves to walk, especially to the pool. That's the comfy pair of shoes which Adeline loaned to me. But she's popping soon, so I packed up everything which she lent me to return to her. This means Kai needs his own pair!

I bought him a pair of funky, shiny green sneakers from Fox Baby. Chien Way said she wished that they came in adult size! (Will attempt to post a picture of those shoes, with baby, soon.)
